Virtua Medical Group, located at Burlington Hospital in New Jersey, is seeking a One to One Observer to provide constant patient observation and support to the healthcare team and family. This part-time role supports safe, compassionate care during the 3rd shift.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and completion of an Observer course or equivalent. The hourly rate ranges from $17.30 to $20.67, with comprehensive benefits for colleagues.

The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient. This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s). This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Training/Certifications/Licensure: Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.

Hourly Rate: $17.30 - $20.67 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
