Virtua Health in Burlington is seeking a One-to-One Observer to provide constant personal observation of a patient and to support the healthcare team and patient family. This on-site, part-time role requires careful interaction and adherence to professional ethics.

Required are a High School diploma or GED and successful completion of the Observer course or equivalent. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and on-site shifts.

Summary: The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient. This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient’s family or significant other(s). This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.33 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
