Job summary

Virtua Health in Mount Holly seeks a part-time One-to-One Observer to provide constant 1:1 patient observation, ensuring safety and calm interactions in every moment.

You will communicate patient status changes to the RN, assist in orientation of the healthcare team, and uphold high standards of professional ethics.

Summary

The purpose of the One to One Observer is to provide personal constant observation of a patient.

This position will also Communicate with and support healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).

This position will also maintain and demonstrate high standards of professional ethics.

Required Education

Training/Certifications/Licensure

• Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.33

The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
