Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries' Arrow Center for Education is seeking a One-to-One Aide to assist the Teacher in implementing IEP services for an identified student. You will supervise a student and provide supportive presence in the classroom under teacher guidance.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe learning environment, supervising behavior, escorting the student to activities, and assisting with progress tracking and paperwork, with potential transportation support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience working with children and families, preferably in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe learning environment for students within the school's policies.
• Supervise and manage student behavior in the classroom, school, and school-sponsored functions.
• Provide a consistent and reliable supportive presence in the classroom.
• Escort assigned students to all activities as indicated by the IEP.
• Under the direction of the Teacher, provide individualized instruction and support to an assigned student or small group.
