Responsibilities

• Provides dedicated one-on-one support to students with mild to moderate disabilities, assisting with academic tasks, behavior management, and social-emotional development in alignment with the IEP.
• Communicates with parents for scheduling meetings and taking messages for teachers.
• Maintains student files/records to document activities and provide reliable information.
• Monitors students in classrooms and on school grounds to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Performs clerical tasks to support the teacher and administrator.
