BAYADA Home Health Care is urgently hiring Special Needs Caregivers to provide one-on-one support in New Castle, PA, assisting clients with daily activities, meal prep, and community integration. You’ll accompany clients to errands and engage in hobbies to promote independence.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for training, and ongoing clinical manager support in a compassionate, stable work environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, paid training may be available
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities
