Think Academy US is seeking Remote Math Competition Tutors to teach students preparing for AMC 8 and AMC 10 math contests. You will deliver online one-on-one lessons in English, focusing on problem-solving, logical thinking, and competition strategy.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, have experience in math competitions or teaching, a strong math foundation and familiarity with AMC/AIME/MathCounts, and are available weekday evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Math, Economics, Finance, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in math competitions or competition teaching preferred.
• Strong math foundation; familiarity with AMC/AIME/MathCounts preferred.
• Available to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online one-on-one math lessons focused on AMC 8 and AMC 10.
• Teach in English using problem-solving methods to develop analytical thinking.
• Guide students through competition-style problems and strategies used in math contests.
• Help students build systematic approaches to number theory, algebra, counting, probability, geometry.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance for continuous improvement.
• Support students with confidence and test-taking strategies for math competitions.
