Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA in Mesa, AZ is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team and provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will work under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting children in achieving their goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and enter session data electronically
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
