In Motion Physical Therapy in University Heights, Ohio is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in 45-minute sessions. You will evaluate, plan, and treat patients with a focus on meaningful outcomes, while growing your clinical skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• At least one year of Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients.
• Values individualized and patient-centered Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and findings.
• Provide one-on-one Physical Therapy treatment during dedicated appointments.
• Use evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, balance, and quality of life.
• Apply manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients about their condition, recovery process, and long-term health.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Help patients return to work, sports, hobbies, and everyday activities.
• Communicate clearly with patients throughout their plan of care.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other clinicians.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and supportive clinic culture.
