Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana.
• Strong interest in relationship based, outcome focused patient care.
• Collaborative, engaged, and motivated approach to patient education and clinical teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care with 45 to 60 minute visits.
• Manage a sustainable caseload of approximately 6 to 10 patients per day.
• Treat a broad patient population across the lifespan.
• Work within an integrated health center alongside primary care providers, nursing, medical assistants, and onsite lab and dispensary services.
• Receive dedicated documentation and administrative time.
• Participate in patient education, lunch and learns, webinars, and musculoskeletal health initiatives.
