MaxStrength Fitness White Bear in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Strength Trainer to deliver evidence-based strength sessions, guide clients through MSF protocols, and maintain meticulous records tracking progress and milestones.

You will contribute to a 5-star studio experience, engage with the community, and help launch a brand-new studio with growth opportunities into leadership roles as the network expands.

Compensation

$18-24/hour based on experience and education. Paid training. Performance and bonus opportunities. Health stipend. PTO after 12 months of employment. Pay increases and growth opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 7 pm
• Fridays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Expected hours: 40 per week
