MaxStrength Fitness White Bear is seeking a Strength Trainer to deliver world-class strength training and guide clients through MSF protocols. You will maintain client records and help ensure a five-star studio experience.

You will contribute to studio growth and community engagement, with a focus on personalized programs, client motivation, and professional development within a fast-growing brand.

Compensation:

$18-22/hour based on experience and education. Paid training. Performance and bonus opportunities. Pay increases and growth opportunities based on performance, including advancement to full time.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 7 pm
• Fridays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Saturdays: 7:00 am - 1 pm
• Expected hours: 20-24 per week
