Responsibilities

• Design customized exercise programs based on client goals.
• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions.
• Track client progress and perform regular reassessments.
• Coach clients in strength training and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Build lasting relationships to create accountability.
• Collaborate with trainers to improve programming and techniques.
• Maintain accurate client records and a clean studio environment.
