Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care for clients in the Grand Rapids area, including Alto and surrounding communities.

Join our team for 1-on-1 care, compassionate visits, flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Responsibilities include bathing assistance, transfers, ROM, ADLs, light housework, and transportation as needed. CPR certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to travel within service area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing.
• Slide board transfers.
• Range of Motion (approximately 15 minutes).
• Commode assistance.
• ADLs.
• Light housework.
• Driving a handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.
