Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable updating digital care logs.
• CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).
• A genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for every client.

Responsibilities

• Personalized daily living assistance, including transfers, bathing, and mobility support.
• Maintain a healthy home environment by managing linens, light laundry, and tidying living areas.
• Provide medication reminders and wellness checks, recording observations.
• Engage clients with mind-body activities to keep them alert and engaged.
• Document care notes and communicate changes to the RN or Care Supervisor.
