Just-In Home Care is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one in-home support across Harford and Baltimore Counties. The role offers full- and part-time hours with reliable schedules in Jarrettsville, MD.

Qualifications

• 1 year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience.
• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable updating digital care logs.
• CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).
• Genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for every client you serve.

Responsibilities

• Personalized daily living assistance—assist with transfers, bathing, grooming, and mobility devices.
• Healthy home environment—change linens, light laundry, keep areas hazard-free.
• Medication and wellness checks—reminders and record vitals or observations.
• Mind-body engagement—read aloud, reminisce, or guide light chair exercises.
• Detailed reporting—document care notes and share changes with RN or Care Supervisor.
