Job summary

Appleton Fitness for Life, Inc. seeks a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions at our Wichita franchise.

You will conduct initial assessments, design personalized workouts, and track client progress using our methods and technology. No fitness experience is required, but candidates with personal training or small-group fitness instruction will receive priority consideration.

Qualifications

• Basic nutrition knowledge required or beneficial.
• College degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Experience with various strength training applications is desirable.
• Experience working with older adults and various limitations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations.
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results and educate clients.
• Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions.
• Measure success by studio metrics.
