Job summary

The Exercise Coach® is seeking energetic personal trainers to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions at our Wichita studios. You’ll conduct initial consultations, lead sessions, track client progress, and help grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions.

No prior fitness experience required, with full training provided in our methods. Ideal candidates show enthusiasm, strong communication, and a genuine desire to empower clients toward better health.

Qualifications

No fitness experience is necessary, but priority will be given to candidates with experience in personal training or small-group fitness instruction.
All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.
Must be able and willing to participate in exercise and nutrition methodology.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial consultations and lead one-on-one or small-group sessions
Track fitness results and educate clients
Sell monthly and package sessions to grow the business
Measure studio metrics and performance
