Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age per DCFS guidelines.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in a learning environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with assigned students under teacher's direction.
• Instruct students in absence of teacher using behavior management techniques.
• Monitor students' learning behavior progress.
• Assist teachers on educational field trips.
• Provide 'On-Call' coverage on a rotating basis.
