Job summary

Young at Heart Home Care in Miami, FL is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to join our private home care team. You'll provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, meals, and medication reminders, while maintaining a safe and respectful home environment.

Qualifications

Required HHA certificate or CNA credential.
Minimum 3 years hands-on caregiving experience.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals based on client needs and preferences.
Provide medication reminders as permitted.
Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
Observe and report changes in client condition or needs.
Follow individualized care plans and routines.
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care team.
Maintain a clean, safe, respectful home environment.
