Qualifications

• Experience in direct support or caregiving roles highly preferred.

• Ability to follow care plans and perform light housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide One on One support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Monitor and document individuals’ progress and behavior.
• Implement individualized care plans.

Skills

Experience in home care or senior care

Knowledge of meal preparation and nutrition guidelines

Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs

Familiarity with dementia care techniques

First aid and CPR certification

Ability to take vital signs

Strong communication skills
