Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide One on One direct support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Monitor and document individuals' progress.
• Assist with medication administration as needed.
• Implement individualized care plans.

Skills
