Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Branson, MO is hiring an Immediate Caregiver to provide one-to-one in-home care for our geriatric clients. We offer full-time hours from 8 am to 8 pm with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and starting pay of $17 per hour.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation as needed. Join a team that values compassionate, personalized care and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with higher acuity needs, including transfers (gait belts, Hoyer lifts).
• Feeding assistance and meal preparation.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition.
• Light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Running errands.
