Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Branson, MO, is hiring an Immediate Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care. The role offers full-time hours from 8 am to 8 pm with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and starting pay at $17 per hour.

You’ll build one-on-one connections while delivering safe, respectful care to geriatric clients. Caregivers enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly direct deposits, paid training, and multiple medical plan options.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming).
• Provide Companionship and Emotional Support.
• Supports Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, including Transfers (gait belts, Hoyer lifts).
• Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation.
• Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition.
• Light Housekeeping.
• Medication Reminders.
• Running errands.
