Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group instruction/assistance to patients daily.
• Perform routine checks of vehicles when driving is required.
• Accurately monitor and submit data collection sheets on time.
• Assist with assessing clients' strengths and needs.
• Assist with preparation of clients' meals and training as needed.
• Communicate needs to revise training objectives with supervision.
• Maintain a neat and orderly facility environment.
• Monitor and document individual behaviors with precise terminology.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Provide positive assurance about treatment benefits and participate in monitoring safety.
• Support in creating a therapeutic environment through hands-on instruction.
