Job summary

A leading provider of special needs services in Maryland seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work directly with children with autism. The pay range is between $20 - $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Be comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting and carrying children.
