Qualifications
Must be 18+ years old.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
Reduce interfering behaviors while keeping the child safe.
