Job summary

Community Horizons is assisting a local family in finding a warm, energetic, and engaged companion to spend time with a young adult woman in her home, on the north side of Stevens Point. This role is part of a self-direction program, offering flexibility and a personal, one-on-one relationship.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Kind, reliable, and patient nature.
• Good communicator who thrives with active interaction.
• Comfortable initiating conversation and activities.
• Energy, patience and creativity in visits.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage in one-on-one interactions that promote connection and fun.
