Community Horizons seeks a warm, energetic companion to spend time with a young adult woman in Stevens Point, WI. You will lead active play, social engagement, and meaningful adventures in a home setting, building confidence and joy through daily activities.

The role is part of a self-direction program with flexible daytime to evening hours, allowing for a personal, one-on-one relationship and meaningful impact. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Energetic, patient and playful; enjoy helping others experience joy.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
• Ability to engage in one-on-one interactions and social activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in one-on-one interactions that promote connection and fun
• Encourage social, emotional, and recreational engagement

• Provide limited personal cares, including brief changes and feeding/medication assistance
