Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm; High school diploma and RBT certification before working are required. This is a part-time position with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients with evidence based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
