Heartland ABA is seeking staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior while recording data and communicating with families.

Requirements include a High school diploma, willingness to learn, patience and calm demeanor, and RBT certification prior to working. Part-time roles with a 6-month commitment are available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time; 6-month commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
