Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Iowa. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, supportive clinical team, and opportunities for advancement.

RBT certification is required before working, and paid training is provided to help you succeed. As part of our ABA program, you will record session data, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
