Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home and community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

In this role you will record session data, collaborate with BCBA supervision, and help families apply strategies across daily routines. Part-time positions with flexible scheduling and paid training are available to qualified

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
