Accenture Flex is seeking an entry-level Associate Architecture AI Analyst to join our AI-focused architecture team in Charlotte, onsite 3–4 days per week. You will assist senior architects in designing AI-enabled solutions, develop backend services in Java and Python, and contribute to Claude-based workflows.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with AI architectures, data preprocessing, and cross-functional collaboration while following agile ceremonies and writing clean, well-documented code.

Qualificações

• Basic proficiency in Python including scripting and data manipulation.
• Exposure to or interest in Machine Learning concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a curious and driven Associate Architecture AI Analyst to join our AI focused architecture team. In this entry level role, you will work under the guidance of senior architects and AI specialists to support the design and development of intelligent solutions powered by machine learning and large language models. You will gain hands on exposure to AI driven architectures backend development and the Anthropic Claude ecosystem.

• Assist in the design and documentation of AI oriented architecture solutions under senior guidance.
• Develop and maintain backend services and integrations using Java and Python.
• Support the implementation of AI features leveraging Anthropic Claude models via API.
• Assist in building prompt engineering strategies and LLM based workflows.
• Contribute to data preprocessing model integration and AI pipeline support tasks.
• Participate in architecture discussions technical reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Write clean testable and well documented code following team standards.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including data science product and DevOps.

Note: Role requires onsite client work 3 to 4 days per week in Charlotte NC

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• 0 to 1 year of professional or academic experience in software development or AI
• Foundational knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Basic proficiency in Python including scripting and data manipulation
• Exposure to or academic interest in Machine Learning concepts supervised unsupervised learning model evaluation etc
• Familiarity with REST API consumption and integration patterns
• Basic understanding of LLMs and generative AI concepts
• Interest in the Anthropic Claude ecosystem
• High School Diploma or GED
