Qualifications

• Open and close the building according to Board rules.
• Inspect the exterior and interior of the building for concerns.
• Dust furniture, walls, blinds, shades, windowsills, and unit ventilators.
• Sweep all floors and stairwells with appropriate tools.
• Clean and disinfect all school areas.
• Ensure bathroom supplies are stocked.
• Replace lightbulbs as needed.
• Check boiler operation (if licensed) and perform daily heating procedures.
• Perform scheduled maintenance jobs.
