Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program; BSN strongly preferred.
• Active Oregon State RN license; CPR/BLS certification current.
• OCN certification preferred and continuing education requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver professional oncology nursing care across care spectrum.
• Assess health status via interviews, exams, and data review; document findings.
• Educate and support patients and families with clinical information and resources.
• Participate in care team huddles and delegate tasks to optimize outcomes.
• Manage patient flow, triage, medication refills, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and act as liaison to providers.
• Support clinical research activities and assist LPNs and medical assistants.
• Provide nursing coverage across satellite offices if applicable.
• Contribute to professional development and oncology education.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized work environment.
