McLaren Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the SWAT Oncology team in Pontiac. The RN will respond to emergencies, assess rapidly, and provide critical care interventions across hospital units.

The role involves ultrasound-guided procedures, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with multiple disciplines inside the organization. Required are MI RN licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications, and prior critical care or ED exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Michigan RN license.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• Previous experience in critical care/emergency department setting.

Responsabilités

• Responds to medical emergency problems including Code Blue’s, Rapid Responses, and Code MTP’s.
• -assists in monitoring and intervening for patient status changes.
• Accompanies critical care patients during intra-hospital transport.
• Maintains documentation in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in the Code Blue Committee and related audits.
