Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacist activities, ensure accurate and timely preparation and dispensing.
Review drug therapies for effectiveness, safety, and dosing in collaboration with care teams.
Educate patients and staff; mentor technicians and students; serve as preceptor when needed.
Support unit-dose distribution, IV admixture and formulary management per policy.
