Job summary

Morlen Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Oncologist to join our growing oncology practice in Portland, Oregon. The role offers a flexible 0.7 to 0.9 FTE schedule (28-36 hours/week) with focus on solid tumor oncology, GU cancers, and selective breast cancer cases, within a fully subspecialized, integrated cancer program.

You'll join an integrated care team supported by RN case managers and nurse navigators, share a balanced call schedule, and access an advanced Epic

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Oncologist to join the growing oncology practice in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive patient care. This physician will join a fully subspecialized team within an integrated cancer program that includes clinical research, specialized nursing, surgical services, and a robust supportive care team. This role also offers the opportunity to focus on specific areas of interest within medical oncology.

What You Can Expect:

• 0.7 FTE - 0.9 FTE (28 - 36 hours per week)
• Primarily focused on solid tumor oncology, specializing in genitourinary (GU) cancers, with additional responsibility for some breast cancer cases and the option to treat other solid tumor types as desired
• Integrated care team with support from RN case managers and nurse navigators
• A call schedule where call is divided equally amongst all providers
• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is$379,610-$549,720 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

• Base salary range: $351,820-$513,990
• Lifestyle Stipend: $27,790-$35,730 annually prorated to FTE
