Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW required.
• LICSW licensure in MA required.
• Minimum 2 years social work practice in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and interventions to reduce distress across cancer care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and bereavement support.
• Coordinate psychosocial services and consult with the care team.
• Facilitate patient, family, and caregiver participation in care planning.
• Educate and develop psychosocial programs and groups.
