Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a clinician to lead and expand the oncology sexual wellness program. You will plan, develop, and administer sexual health services for cancer patients and survivors, ensuring regulatory compliance and integration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include education delivery, collaborations with physicians and nurses, and community outreach to grow services. IL licensure and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois as Therapist, Social Worker, or RN.
• Additional compact nursing licensure in another state preferred.
• Certification as Sexual Health Educator, Counselor, or Therapist.
• Active membership with sexual health organizations (AASECT/SSTAR/IBOSP) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years oncology experience preferred.
• Care management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address patients' sexual health needs in cancer care and survivorship.
• Provide education, support, and resources to patients and caregivers.
• Promote best practices in oncology sexual health and collaborate with care teams.
• Develop and deliver educational presentations on sexual wellness topics.
• Support growth and continuous improvement of the sexual wellness program.
