St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV seeks an Oncology RN for a Special Full Time role. This position focuses on daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with nursing staff and other health professionals to meet outcomes and length of stay targets.

The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program and current RN licensure in WV or a valid compact state license. BLS is required and experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• BLS required.
• Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care with nursing staff and health care professionals.
• Ensure effective use of resources and maintain established standards of care.
• Document and justify care variations based on individual patient needs.
• Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit.
