Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO, seeks a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident for Oncology. This full-time role (36 hours/week) covers day shifts (0700-1930) with up to $10,000 sign-on incentives and opportunities for ASN/BSN/MSN bridging programs offering substantial funding.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.
