Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse to deliver direct clinical care across shifts, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with current applicable state licensure/permit.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 3 months for specified departments.
• CPI required within 3 months of hire for specified units.
• PALS required within 3 months for Emergency Dept. and related units.
• NRP required within 3 months for L&D, Mother/Baby and NICU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develops and updates the plan of care as conditions change.
• Delivers designated nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in the specialty service area.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

CPI (within 3 months)

PALS (within 3 months)
