• Use a team approach to identify, analyze, and resolve patient care problems with measurable outcomes.
• Complete physiological assessments and document in EHR per policies.
• Triage patient problems and evaluate symptoms, initiating interventions with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report ongoing care needs and outcomes to the team.
• Administer, handle, and dispose of antineoplastic drugs and medical waste following safety procedures.
• Oversee procedures and treatments in oncology, including vascular access and infusion therapies.
