Alliance Cancer Specialists, the most extensive community-based oncology practice in Southeastern PA, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Oncology RN PT (16 hours/week). The position is primarily located at our Doylestown practice, with possible travel to Sellersville and Doylestown.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing care adhering to standards and regulations.
  • Assess patient health status and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning.
  • Administer therapies and medications, including blood products and injections.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation.
  • Support patient education and psychosocial needs.
  • Assist with procedures and coordinate patient care activities.
  • Mentor less experienced nurses and participate in professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • RN license and BLS certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; oncology experience preferred.

Work Environment: Possible exposure to infectious diseases, toxic substances, and radiation. Must meet physical requirements for handling patients, standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
