Qualified candidates will hold a Florida RN license with ACLS/BLS, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and preferably hold a BSN. Per diem schedule offers flexibility within a university-based health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; ASN with plan to complete BSN within 2 years.
• Florida RN license with ACLS and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and document patient interactions per unit standards and cultural considerations.
• Demonstrate advanced competency in oncology nursing practice.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records per regulations.
• Reassess interventions and adjust plan of care per guidelines and patient status.
• Communicate care plans clearly to patient, family and team members.
• Participate in policy/protocol development and discharge planning.
