Saint Peter's Health Care System is seeking an Oncology RN for night shift in the Oncology Nursing Unit. The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate patient assessments, adherence to Standards of Care, medication administration, and precise documentation.

Bonafide oncology credentials are preferred, with orientation-based certification requirements. We offer competitive base pay, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Utilize excellent assessment skills to determine the health status of assigned patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards
• Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies in accordance with policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation
• National Oncology certification completed during clinical orientation
• Chemotherapy credentialing completed during clinical orientation

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
