Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking an Oncology RN for the Oncology Nursing Unit-ONNU to join our Magnet-recognized team in New Jersey. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered cancer care within a collaborative nursing environment.

Responsibilities include applying assessments per Nursing Standards, administering medications and parenteral therapies, meticulous documentation, and ensuring procedures meet Standards of Care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation.
• National Oncology certification completed during clinical orientation.
• Chemotherapy credentialing completed during clinical orientation.

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• ECG course completed during clinical orientation
• National Oncology certification completed during clinical orientation
• Chemotherapy credentialing completed during clinical orientation

Salary Range:45.00 - 60.00 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job‑related work experience, internal equity, and industry‑specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full‑time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
