Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.

• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
